Brooklyn Artists Tee Series

What Inspires YOU?

NEWS

Soft Clothing is proudly based in Brooklyn NY and is inspired by the street art and visual artists that surround their Bushwick design studio. In an effort to support local Brooklyn-based artists' work, they are set to launch a Limited Edition Brooklyn Artists Tee Series on February 14, 2011. A portion of profits from the sale of these long sleeve printed tees will go toward supporting FREE ARTS NYC, a NY-based organization that provides under-served children and families with a unique combination of educational arts and mentoring programs.

"We commissioned three well known local artists to create a tee shirt design based on what inspires them. The process itself was very inspiring for us! For the tee design, we thought a lot about what kids love, how they make art, and how open and potent their imagination can be. Creativity is very important at Soft, and as a former educator, I am so happy to be able to support both local artists and art education through this creative project." States Soft Founder, Jessica Ralli.
"Free Arts NYC is thrilled to be a part of Soft Clothing's inaugural Artist Series collection and pleased to support the local artists involved."
